From simple to complex smiles.
Clear aligners can correct many of the same issues as traditional braces. During your consultation, we’ll confirm whether Invisalign is the right fit for your smile.
Crowded teeth
When there isn’t enough room for teeth to fit normally, making them harder to clean.
Gaps between teeth
Extra spaces that can trap food and affect the look of your smile.
Overbite
Upper front teeth that overlap the lower teeth too much.
Underbite
Lower front teeth that sit in front of the upper teeth when you bite.
Crossbite
Some upper teeth sit inside the lower teeth, which can cause uneven wear.
Open bite
Upper and lower front teeth don’t meet when your mouth is closed.

Invisalign questions, answered
How long does treatment take?
It depends on your smile. Many cases take about 12 to 18 months, and some minor corrections can be done in a few months. We’ll give you a personal timeline at your consultation.
How many hours a day do I wear the aligners?
For the best results, wear them 20 to 22 hours a day. Take them out only to eat, drink anything other than water, and clean your teeth.
Does Invisalign hurt?
You may feel some pressure for a day or two when you switch to a new set — a sign your teeth are moving. Most patients find aligners more comfortable than braces.
Is Invisalign right for teens?
Yes. Invisalign works for teens and adults. We’ll check that your teen’s teeth are ready and walk you both through how to wear and care for the aligners.
Will I need a retainer afterwards?
Yes. A retainer keeps your teeth from shifting back after treatment. We’ll tell you how often to wear it to protect your results.
